![]() ![]() Peningkatan yang diperoleh berada pada kategori sedang sebesar 0,651 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media software GeoGebra dapat meningkatkan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa pada materi sistem persamaan linier dua variabel (SPLDV). Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji non-parametrik Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif jenis pra eksperimen dengan one group pretest-posttest design. ![]() Instrumen penelitian berupa tes uraian untuk mengukur kemaampuan representasi matematis. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII.2 SMP Islamic Village tahun ajaran 2015/2016 semester II sebanyak 29 orang dengan purposive sampling. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah software GeoGebra dapat meningkatkan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa pada materi SPLDV. Salah satu media pembelajaran matematika yang dapat merepresentasikan model matematika adalah software GeoGebra. Untuk membantu siswa meningkatkan kemampuan representasi matematis digunakan suatu media pembelajaran matematika. Hal ini diperkuat dengan hasil laporan TIMSS dan PISA yang menunjukkan rendahnya kemampuan matematika siswa Indonesia. Rendahnya kemampuan representasi matematis siswa menjadi salah satu penyebab rendahnya prestasi belajar matematika siswa. Furthermore, the learning material fulfilled the effectiveness criteria with the percentage of students’ learning understanding was 85.71%. ![]() The practical criteria were indicated by student and teacher questionnaires, with an average of 4.25 and 4.4, respectively and the learning implementation (81.72%). The student worksheet met valid criteria, with an average score of 4.25. This study created a student worksheet for four meetings. The instruments used in this study included: assessment sheets (to measure the validity of the worksheet) student questionnaire teacher questionnaire observation sheets (to measure practicality of the worksheet implementation) and mathematical representation ability test (to measure the effectiveness of worksheet implementation). The research is developmental research using the ADDIE model, which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This study aimed to generate a valid, practical, and effective student worksheet to improve students’ mathematical representation ability with a Realistic Mathematics approach assisted by GeoGebra Software. In fact, it is essential to encourage students to deliver their mathematical ideas in various ways for broader perspectives of mathematical problem-solving. Nowadays, student worksheet is used with a lack of concern on students’ mathematical representation ability. ![]()
